We're hosting a series of small workshops to explore how you and other Christians can make the most of the opportunities that a newly elected parliament can bring.

“Let us love, not in word or speech, but in truth and action” (1 John 3:18)

Jesus stood with the most marginalised, and challenged those with power. This has inspired a long tradition of Christian engagement with politicians to tackle poverty and confront social injustice where it's found.

We believe that by meeting with your newly elected MP, you can help ensure that all of God’s image bearers can live a full life, free from poverty.

So, what do these new workshops entail?

  • A reflection on God’s call to act justly
  • Learning why and how to build a strong relationship with your newly elected MP
  • With support from Christian Aid, start to plan how to turn any church meal or coffee morning into an opportunity to talk to your MP about poverty
  • Meet with other Christians concerned about global poverty
Could we come to you?

Get in touch with our campaigns team about the possibility of us coming to your church and we'll be in touch soon.
