Marina Kobzeva
Marina is a humanitarian and development leader with nearly two decades of expertise spanning quality and accountability management, governance, organisational development, assurance, and risk management.
Her experience in the humanitarian sector was acquired at the country, regional and global levels though her work with the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement, UN and INGOs. She has extensive cross-cultural experience in building equitable, dignified partnerships with national disaster management agencies, CSOs, FBOs and national and local NGOs and is passionate advocate for shifting power to local actors and driving systemic change in the aid sector.
She has a track record in developing and implementing strategies to enhance engagement with diverse stakeholders across the Majority World, while embedding robust quality, accountability and risk management frameworks.
