Salt Business Network

The Christian Aid Salt Network is centred around the shared belief that business can be a force for good in the world.

Active faith inspires our commitment to build better businesses which help create a world where everyone has fullness of life. 

We have committed to come together as business leaders and Christian Aid, working with management, employees, customers, suppliers, stakeholders, shareholders and the community in which we operate, to stand against poverty whilst pursuing human, ecological and economic flourishing.

How will we achieve this?

By inspiring, informing, supporting and equipping each other to reflect on the purpose and method of our work, in light of our shared Christian values. In particular:

  • Provide a forum where business leaders can inspire, inform and offer mutual support and encouragement to each other, enabling them to reconsider, reflect on and transform their business practices.
  • Provide a safe space to explore our relationship with God and how we can live that out through our working lives.
  • Provide members with opportunities to use their resources (financial or otherwise) to help eradicate poverty
  • Support and develop a cohort of business speakers to influence others within the faith and business domain.
